Vice President, Americas, TSA
Jill is a seasoned hotel industry professional with more than twenty-five years of experience in sales, consulting, revenue management and front office operations. Her areas of expertise include business intelligence, distribution, eCommerce, and training. In her current position, she is leading the TSA expansion in North and South America. She is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies and leads both operations and sales. Prior to joining TSA, she was a Regional Vice President of Sales for TravelClick. During her tenure there, she played an integral part in the significant growth of the company where she led a high performing sales team to achieve double digit sales growth consistently over twelve years, while selling and consulting on a complex suite of solutions to hotel partners. Her on property experience spans over her thirteen-year career with Hilton Hotels Corporation, where she was a leader in both revenue management and front office operations in several of the top revenue producing hotels in the company. She was one of the first leaders for Hilton in the discipline of Revenue Management, and was instrumental in developing training, systems and the first multi property Revenue Management operation for the company. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland and has been recognized with various awards throughout her career for her excellence in leadership, sales and revenue management.
